Shop sourcing
Finding a machine shop in Vietnam that already runs your process, material and part size, and getting quotes you can compare.
When you need itYou have a drawing and no shop in Vietnam yet, or you want a second source next to the one you use today.
What we do
- Read your drawing and check it can be priced as sent
- Shortlist up to 3 shops whose machines, materials and envelope fit
- Send an anonymous preview first and your files only after you consent
- Compare the quotes with you line by line: material, finish, inspection, shipping term and lead time
What you get
- Quotes from up to 3 shops, each sent to you directly
- A plain no and the reason when no shop here fits
- An NDA before any file leaves us, if you ask for one
Not included: We do not quote you ourselves or add anything to the shop's price.
Factory audit
A visit to the shop you are about to order from, so you know what is on the floor before you send a deposit.
When you need itBefore a first order, before a larger order or when your customer or quality team needs evidence of a supplier visit.
What we do
- Check the machine list against what is on the floor and running
- Look at the measuring equipment and its calibration records
- Follow how a drawing revision, a material certificate and an inspection report move through the shop
- Ask for a sample inspection report on a part like yours
What you get
- A written report in English with photos
- Findings ranked by risk, with what to ask the shop to fix
- A plain verdict: fit for your part, fit with conditions or not fit
Not included: An audit is not a certification. It records what we saw on the day of the visit.
PO management
Making sure the purchase order you issue and the order the shop confirms describe the same part, the same terms and the same dates.
When you need itYour first order with a shop, an order with several drawings or revisions, or any order where a misunderstanding would cost a remake.
What we do
- Check the quote and your PO against the drawing: revision, material, tolerances, finish and quantity
- Confirm the shipping term, payment milestones, delivery date and the inspection and documents you need
- Get a written order confirmation from the shop
- Handle revisions, drawing changes and repeat orders with the shop in Vietnamese
What you get
- One PO and one confirmation that match line by line
- A record of every change and who agreed to it
- Payment milestones tracked against production, never handled by us
Not included: We are not on the PO. It goes from you to the shop, and the shop invoices you.
Order management
Following production from raw material to packing, so problems surface while there is still time to fix them.
When you need itYou cannot visit Vietnam yourself, a remake would hurt your schedule or the parts go straight to your own customer.
What we do
- Check the material certificates when the stock arrives
- Review the first article against your drawing before the batch runs
- Send you a weekly progress update with photos
- Witness the final inspection of the dimensions you name and check the invoice, packing list and certificate of origin
What you get
- A weekly update you can forward to your team
- An inspection record before you release the shipment and pay the balance
- Export documents checked against the shipping term you picked
Not included: The shop makes the parts and stands behind them. We do not take over its warranty or arrange your freight.
How the fees work
Short version: the shortlist is free, the rest is quoted before it starts and your money only ever goes to the shop.
- Shop search is freeUp to 3 shortlisted shops quote you directly. No fee, whether you order or not.
- The rest is quoted per jobFor an audit, PO management or order management we send a written fee for your order before any work starts. Nothing is charged until you approve it.
- You pay the shop directlyThe shop quotes, invoices and is paid by you. We never hold your money and add nothing to the shop's price.
- Shops pay us nothingNo commission and no listing fee, so we have no reason to favour one shop over another.
The fee depends on the part, the number of visits and how long production runs. Tick the services you want on the RFQ form and the fee comes back in writing.
