You send a drawing
We read it and check it can be priced without a round of questions.
Non: We do not redesign your part or comment on your product.
We tell you if it does not fit
If no shop here is a good match for the geometry, material or quantity, you get a plain no and the reason, inside 24 business hours.
Non: We do not pass an unsuitable request on to fill a quota.
Up to 3 shops quote you
Shops first see an anonymous preview. Your details and files go to the shops that fit only after you tick the consent box, and each one quotes you directly.
Non: We do not sell your details to anyone else or add you to a list.
We audit the shop you pick
A visit to the floor: machines, measuring equipment, material and inspection records and drawing control. You get a written report with photos.
Non: An audit records what we saw on the day. It is not a certificate.
You place the PO, we check it
We check the PO against the quote and the drawing, get a written confirmation from the shop and handle changes with it in Vietnamese.
Non: We are not on the PO or the invoice. You pay the shop directly.
We follow the order to your dock
Weekly progress updates, a first article review, the final inspection witnessed at the shop and the export documents checked.
Non: The shop makes the parts and stands behind them. We do not take over its warranty.

Riceve recapiti e file e gestisce Lei trattativa e ordine.
Non: Non prendiamo nulla sul valore dell’ordine, qualunque esso sia.
Che cosa succede al Suo disegno
È la domanda che gli acquirenti fanno più spesso, e merita una risposta dettagliata anziché una frase.
- Prima del consensoNon esce nulla. Le officine vedono un’anteprima anonima, senza nome, azienda o file.
- Con un NDASpunti la casella nel modulo di richiesta e i file vengono trattenuti finché un’officina non ha firmato con Lei.
- Dopo il consensoI file vanno solo alle officine abbinate, al massimo 3, e ciascuna conserva la propria copia secondo le proprie regole.
- ConservazioneConserviamo richieste e disegni per 12 mesi dal Suo ultimo contatto, poi li cancelliamo. Informativa completa.
