How It Works, From Your Drawing to Your Dock
A free shortlist first, then an audit, PO and order management if the order needs them. Every step below says what we do and, just as usefully, what we do not.
If you are buying parts
Six steps. The first three are free. The last three are the paid services, and you choose which of them you need.
You send a drawing
We read it and check it can be priced without a round of questions.
Not: We do not redesign your part or comment on your product.
We tell you if it does not fit
If no shop here is a good match for the geometry, material or quantity, you get a plain no and the reason, inside 24 business hours.
Not: We do not pass an unsuitable request on to fill a quota.
Up to 3 shops quote you
Shops first see an anonymous preview. Your details and files go to the shops that fit only after you tick the consent box, and each one quotes you directly.
Not: We do not sell your details to anyone else or add you to a list.
We audit the shop you pick
A visit to the floor: machines, measuring equipment, material and inspection records and drawing control. You get a written report with photos.
Not: An audit records what we saw on the day. It is not a certificate.
You place the PO, we check it
We check the PO against the quote and the drawing, get a written confirmation from the shop and handle changes with it in Vietnamese.
Not: We are not on the PO or the invoice. You pay the shop directly.
We follow the order to your dock
Weekly progress updates, a first article review, the final inspection witnessed at the shop and the export documents checked.
Not: The shop makes the parts and stands behind them. We do not take over its warranty.
If you run a machine shop in Vietnam
Four steps from registration to your first order.
You register your shop
Machines, largest envelope, materials you cut and whether you have exported directly.
Not: We do not publish your name on this site.
You get previews that fit
Requests are matched to what you actually have on the floor, not blasted to a list.
Not: We do not send you requests that do not fit your machines.
You decide on each one
Quote the requests worth quoting and leave the rest. No penalty for declining.
Not: No exclusivity and no minimum take.
You quote and invoice the buyer
You get the contact and the files and run the order. On orders we manage, we agree the plan with you and follow progress weekly.
Not: We take nothing from the order value, whatever it turns out to be.
What happens to your drawing
It is the question buyers ask most and the one worth answering in detail rather than in a sentence.
- Before consentNothing leaves us. Shops see an anonymous preview with no name, company or files.
- With an NDATick the box on the RFQ form and files are held until a shop has signed with you.
- After consentFiles go to the shortlisted shops only, 3 at most, each of which holds its own copy under its own policy.
- RetentionWe keep RFQs and drawings for 12 months from your last contact, then delete them. Full policy.
Still deciding whether this fits?
The six question check on the home page is built to tell you no. How we are paid explains why it can afford to.
