What happens after you send it

  1. We read the RFQ

    We check the drawing, material and quantity. If something is missing we ask you before we show it to anyone.

  2. We shortlist up to 3 shops

    Only shops in Vietnam whose machines, part size and materials fit. If none fit, we say so instead of sending it anyway.

  3. Quotes, then the services you asked for

    Each shop quotes you directly. If you ticked an audit, PO or order management, our fee for it comes to you in writing and nothing starts until you approve it.

What makes an RFQ quotable

  • A STEP file, or a PDF drawing with dimensions
  • Which features are critical and which are not
  • Material and temper, or "or equivalent"
  • Surface finish and any coating
  • Quantity now and expected annual usage
  • Date you need the parts in hand
  • Destination country and port or address
  • Any inspection documents you need

We are a sourcing service, not a machine shop. Your files go only to the shops we shortlist, and only after you tick the consent box. See the privacy policy for how long we keep them.
