Who Runs This, and How We Are Paid
An independent sourcing service for CNC machining in Vietnam, run from Ho Chi Minh City. We find shops, audit them and manage orders for overseas buyers. Not a factory and not a trading company: you buy directly from the shop, at the shop's own price.
How we are paid
Finding shops is free. Factory audits, PO management and order management are paid by you, the buyer, at a fee we quote in writing for each job before any work starts.
We are never paid by the shop. No commission, no margin inside the shop's price and no money passing through us: the shop quotes you, invoices you and you pay it directly. The number on a quote is the shop's real price.
The incentive this does create
Because shops pay us nothing, we gain nothing from steering you to one shop over another. What we gain from a good shortlist is your next request. That is why an RFQ that does not fit gets a plain no from us instead of being passed on.
It is also why we cap the number of shops per request at 3. A request sent to ten shops is worth less to each of them and produces worse quotes for you.
What we deliberately do not do
Most disappointment in sourcing comes from an unstated assumption about scope. Here is ours, stated.
- We do not own machinesNo factory, no spindle, no floor. Every part is made by a shop you buy from directly.
- We do not resell partsWe are never the seller on the invoice. Your purchase order goes to the shop and your money goes to the shop.
- We are not paid by shopsNo commission and no listing fee, so nothing pushes us toward one shop over another.
- We do not hold your moneyDeposits and balances go from you to the shop. We track the payment milestones against production, we never handle them.
- We do not issue certificatesAn audit report is what we found on the day of the visit. It does not replace the shop's own certification or your incoming inspection.
- We do not name factories publiclyNo shop is listed on this site, and no case study identifies one. Introductions are private.

Every guide on this site is written to these rules. They are published because you have no other way to judge whether a number you read here was researched or invented.

When this is not the right service
Four cases where you should use something else. Knowing them now saves you a fortnight.
- You need a factory to put its name on your product. We introduce shops, we do not badge anything.
- Your part is defence, ITAR or otherwise export controlled. That is a different process and we are not it.
- You want one piece tomorrow. Setup dominates at that quantity and a shop closer to you will serve you better.
- You want one company to take your PO, invoice you and carry the liability for the parts. That is a trading company. With us you buy directly from the shop, under its terms and its warranty.
