Lathe chuck holding a part with a boring bar, the kind of CNC machine a registered shop runs

Why shops work with us

We bring buyers whose parts fit your shop and, on the orders we manage, requirements that are already written down.

  1. Buyers who fit your shop

Requests are matched to your machines, the materials you cut and the quantities you take.

  2. Requests you can judge

Each preview shows the part, material, size, quantity, tolerance, shipping terms and date needed, so you see the fit before you take the request.

  3. Requirements in Vietnamese

On orders we manage, we confirm the drawing, tolerances, inspection and documents with you in Vietnamese before you start, and we are your one contact for questions.

What a request preview looks like

Enough to judge fit and effort before you quote. The buyer name, company and files are released only after you agree to quote.

How it works for shops

  1. Register

Tell us the machines you run, your largest part envelope and the materials you cut.

  2. Get previews

We send previews of requests that match what you actually have on the floor.

  3. Quote the buyer

Agree to quote and you get the buyer contact and files. You quote and invoice the buyer directly.

  4. Work to the plan

On orders we manage, we agree the inspection plan with you, ask for a weekly progress update and check the parts with you before packing.

What we do not do

We work for the buyer, but the order and the customer are yours.

  • No fee, no commissionJoining is free and we take nothing from the order value, whatever it turns out to be.
  • No money in the middleThe buyer pays you. We never hold funds or act as the seller.
  • No exclusivityYou keep your own customers and can decline any request without penalty.
  • No surprise auditsAn audit visit is agreed with you in advance and you see the checklist first.

Who qualifies

We keep the list short so buyers get serious quotes and every registered shop gets requests it can win.

Questions shops ask

Is one RFQ sent to many shops?

No. Each RFQ goes to 3 shops at most, and only to shops whose machines, materials and part size fit the request.

Do I pay to join?

No. Registering and receiving requests is free and we take no commission on your orders. Buyers pay us for the sourcing, audit and order management work we do for them.

What happens in an audit?

A visit agreed with you in advance. We look at the machines and measuring equipment in use, how drawings, material certificates and inspection records are kept, and ask for a sample inspection report. You see the checklist before the visit and the buyer receives our findings.

Do I have to be in Vietnam?

Yes. Buyers come to this site looking specifically for a machine shop in Vietnam, so we only register shops that machine here.
