We connect global buyers with vetted Vietnamese CNC factories — handling supplier shortlist, on-site QC, and shipment so you can focus on your product, not on chasing factories across time zones.
A five-step process refined over hundreds of buyer projects. Every step is in writing, with no factory contacted until you approve the shortlist.
30-minute call to understand part, volume, tolerance, target cost, and timeline. NDA signed before drawings change hands.
We match your part to 2–3 factories from our vetted network — based on machine fit, material expertise, and current capacity.
Competing quotes plus design-for-manufacturing feedback. You see all numbers; we negotiate on your behalf.
On-site first-article inspection, in-process checks, and pre-shipment audit. Photo and dimensional reports delivered to you.
Coordination with freight forwarder, export documents, and post-delivery support if rework is ever needed.
Whether you need a single prototype or a long-running production program, we structure the engagement to match.
Capability audit, financial check, sample part run, and reference verification before any factory enters our network. New buyers receive the audit report.
We translate drawings into Vietnamese, manage multi-factory quoting, and negotiate price, terms, and lead time. You see every number unfiltered.
First-article inspection, in-process spot checks, and pre-shipment audits. Reports include CMM data, dimensional tables, and high-resolution photos.
Freight forwarder selection, packaging spec, export documentation, and tracking through customs clearance at your destination port.
Direct contact through Alibaba, trade shows, or referrals can work — once you have a trusted factory. Getting there is where most projects stall:
A US robotics startup needed 800 precision aluminum housings, ±0.02mm tolerance, with full FAI documentation. Three factories had quoted unrealistic timelines or refused the tolerance. We matched them to a Binh Duong shop with the right 5-axis capacity and ran on-site QC.
Common questions from buyers evaluating CNC machining sourcing in Vietnam.
Direct contact through Alibaba or trade shows means filtering through hundreds of unverified suppliers, navigating language gaps, and managing QC remotely. As an agent based in Vietnam, we shortlist 2–3 factories already vetted for your part type, handle communication in English, and run on-site QC before shipment. You stay in control of the relationship; we remove the operational burden.
Our standard model is a small commission embedded in the factory quote — typically 5–10% depending on volume and complexity. There is no upfront fee for RFQ, supplier shortlist, or first-round factory visits. For large or recurring programs, a flat retainer can replace commission. All terms are agreed before any factory is contacted.
Our network covers prototype to mid-volume CNC milling and turning across aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, brass, copper, tool steel, and engineering plastics. Industries served include medical devices, semiconductor, industrial machinery, automotive, robotics, and consumer electronics. For specialty processes (Inconel, ceramic, large weldments), we work with partner shops on a project basis.
Every factory in our network signs an NDA before receiving any drawing. We share only the technical detail needed to quote — typically a 2D PDF with critical dimensions, not the full STEP file — until a supplier is selected. Sensitive geometry can be split across two factories if needed. We also recommend buyers register their design under Vietnam IP law for an additional layer of protection.
