Shop sourcing
We shortlist up to 3 shops in Vietnam whose machines, materials and part size fit your drawing. They quote you directly and we help you compare the quotes line by line.
Factory audit
Before the first order we visit the shop you picked: machines on the floor, measuring equipment, material records and drawing control. You get a written report with photos and a plain verdict.
PO management
We check the quote and your purchase order against the drawing, get a written confirmation from the shop and handle revisions with it in Vietnamese, so nothing is lost between two languages.
Order management
We follow production from material to packing: weekly progress updates, a first article review, the final inspection witnessed at the shop and the export documents checked before the parts leave.

Is your part a fit for a shop in Vietnam?

What makes an RFQ quotable
- A STEP file, or a PDF drawing with dimensions
- Which features are critical and which are not
- Material and temper, or "or equivalent"
- Surface finish and any coating
- Quantity now and expected annual usage
- Date you need the parts in hand
- Destination country and port or address
- Any inspection documents you need
A shop that has to guess at the material or the critical features quotes high to protect itself. The more of this list you send, the closer the first number is to the real one.
EXW, FOB or DAP: what changes for you
Two quotes for the same part can differ by a third simply because one is EXW and the other is DAP. Pick the term before you ask for prices so the numbers you compare mean the same thing.

These are the ranges CNC shops work in day to day, not promises. The shop that quotes you confirms what it holds on your geometry. The right column is what to write down so it can.

What drives the price
Seven things decide most quotes. If a number comes back higher than you expected, one of these is usually why, and several of them you can change on the drawing before you ask again.
- QuantitySetup and programming are paid once per order. Price per part falls quickly once you pass the first few dozen pieces.
- Tolerance and GD&TEvery step tighter than you need adds machine time and inspection. Tolerance the features that matter and leave the rest general.
- Material and stock formPrice follows what the shop can buy locally. A common aluminium bar is quoted fast, an alloy that has to be imported adds cost and weeks.
- Number of setupsA part that needs four setups on a 3-axis machine can cost more than the same part done in two on a 5-axis machine, even at a higher hourly rate.
- FinishingAnodising, plating, heat treatment and painting are usually subcontracted. They add cost and a few days of lead time.
- Inspection paperworkA first article report, full dimensional report or material certificate is work. Ask for the documents you will actually read.
- Packaging and shipping termsExport packing, pallets and the Incoterm you pick decide how much of the freight and duty sits inside the quote.

A sourcing service. We do not own machines and we do not resell parts. We find machine shops in Vietnam that fit your drawing, audit them and manage your order if you ask us to. You place the purchase order with the shop and pay the shop directly.
How are you paid?
By you, and only for the paid services. Finding shops is free. Factory audits, PO management and order management are quoted in writing for each job before any work starts. Shops pay us nothing and we add nothing to their price.
Who sees my drawing?
Shops first see a short preview: part type, material, size, quantity, tolerance and deadline. The preview carries no name, company, contact details or files. Your details and files go only to the shops we shortlist, up to 3. If you ask for an NDA, we hold the files until it is signed.
How many shops will quote my part?
Up to 3. If only one or two shops in Vietnam are a real fit for the geometry, material and quantity, we send it to fewer rather than fill the list with shops that will guess.
What does a factory audit cover?
A visit to the shop you are about to order from. We check the machines on the floor against the list, the measuring equipment and its calibration, how drawings, material certificates and inspection records are kept, and a sample inspection report. You get a written report with photos and a plain verdict. It is a record of what we saw, not a certificate.
Do you handle quality control and shipping?
With order management, yes for quality follow-up: we review the first article, send weekly progress updates, witness the final inspection of the dimensions you name and check the export documents before the parts leave. The shop still makes the parts, stands behind them and ships on the term you picked. We do not arrange your freight.
